Home delivery: you will receive your order at home by post.
Relay point delivery: you will need to select a relay point near you when you buy online, so that you can collect your order a few days later (3 to 5 working days).

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal.

Of course, our shop is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use worldwide secure payment systems with Stripe and Paypal.

We currently deliver all over Europe and our list of countries outside Europe is growing. When you place your order, you will be informed whether or not the destination country is eligible. If you are unable to complete your order, this means that the delivery country you have chosen is currently unavailable.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
They are delivered within 5 working days for Europe.
And within 10 days for French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world.
How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send your parcel to La Poste within a maximum of 2 days, from which point your item will be dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can then check the progress of the delivery using the order tracking number on the Laposte.fr website.

Have you received confirmation that your order has been dispatched? No need to panic. If your order was placed more than 10 days ago, contact us and we'll take care of the tracking within 48 hours.

In order to respect the environment as much as possible and to avoid unnecessary packaging, optional purchases of balls and storage covers are generally sent in the same box as the Gabaky game. Please open the game box before contacting us about an incomplete order.

Yes, that's normal. These balls weigh an average of 37 grams. However, they are made by hand, so there may sometimes be slight differences in size and filling. We are constantly striving to improve the quality and consistency of our products.

Unfortunately this can happen and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us, explaining the problem and enclosing a photo as proof. We will do our best to find a solution.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, GABAKY will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days of notification of your request and using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

- If the product has been used and cannot therefore be resold as is.
- If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address given when the order was placed.
- If the return process has not been respected.
