Here is the list of the most frequently asked questions by our customers!

Home delivery : you will receive your order at home by post.

Relay point delivery : you will need to select a relay point near you when you buy online, so that you can pick up your order a few days later (3 to 5 working days).

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.

Obviously, our shop is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the Stripe and Paypal secure global payment systems.

Currently, we deliver everywhere in Europe and our list of countries outside Europe is growing. When ordering, you will be informed of the eligibility or not of the country of destination. If it is not possible for you to complete your order, this means that the country of delivery chosen is currently unavailable.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

They are delivered in 5 working days for Europe.

And within 10 days for the DOM-TOMs and the rest of the world.

After placing an order, we will send your package within 2 days maximum to La Poste, from which your item will be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery using the order tracking number on the Laposte.fr website.

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? Do not panic. If your order has been completed for more than 10 days, contact us and we will take care of the follow-up within 48 hours.

In order to best respect the environment and avoid unnecessary packaging, optional purchases of balls and storage bags are generally sent in the same box as the Gabaky game. We therefore thank you for opening the box of the game before contacting us for an incomplete order.

Yes it’s normal. These balls weigh an average of 37 grams. However, they are made by hand and therefore there may sometimes be small differences in size and filling. We are constantly seeking to improve the quality and consistency of our products.

Unfortunately this can happen and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are your responsibility.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company GABAKY will refund the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used during the order.

  1. If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.
  2. If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
  3. If the returns process has not been followed.

Unfortunately for the moment, we have neither the resources nor the opportunities to manufacture everything in France. This is obviously our medium-term objective. However, our targets and the packaging are already 100% French.
