This Privacy Policy sets out GABAKY’s commitments regarding the protection of your personal data in your capacity as customers or Internet users, and as users of the services. It informs you of the methods of collection and use of personal data concerning you, and of the rights you have in this regard.

2.2. Behavioral data

The Personal Data collected is intended for GABAKY and the departments and employees who need to know it in order to achieve the intended purpose.

The retention period for your Personal Data varies depending on the purpose of the collection. Personal Data is stored in accordance with the provisions of simplified standard No. 48 adopted by the CNIL .
